- Since 2002, Expo Partner has been a total supplier of tailor-made trade fair stands.
Who is the Expo Partner?
Since 2002, Expo Partner has been a total supplier of both tailored and individual trade fair stands.
Our work is based on Danish quality and design, which we offer to both Danish and foreign customers all over the world. We employ 35 employees, the majority of whom are competent and thorough fitters who help our customers build their trade fair stand.
We do not only offer our customers to build trade fair stands, but rather also showrooms, office furnishings
and custom-made both small and large projects. Our customer portfolio is broad, where we make both large and small trade fair stands for a lot of exciting companies. Perhaps you know some of our customers: Arla, Danfoss, ID Identity, Carlsberg and Peter Larsen Kaffe.
We work for and believe that together we achieve the best results and strive to always give our customers the opportunity to achieve more. We do this by offering a wide range of services, employing only highly competent employees and offering our customers both a design department, production, warehouse hotel and, as something new, a sign company.
Back in 2022, we bought the majority of the sign company Colors, which offers everything within visual branding. Thereby, our customers also have the opportunity to get help with signage, graphic design and concept development, car wrapping and large-format printing.

Logo
Signs
We help our customers with all types of signs. All signs are custom made and as unique as the company. These are both ordinary signs such as door signs, street signs, pylon signs and facade signs.
Print & foil
We offer our customers many types of printing. It is both that they have the opportunity to have their cars foiled. It can be a full foil in a neutral or deep colour. It can also be car advertisements.
We also help our customers with banners, roll ups, beach flags.
Wayfinding
We help our customers with wayfinding, which is a well-used concept both in hospitals and institutions. The whole Wayfinding concept is based on the fact that it should help visitors to get an overview of the buildings and find their way around easily.

Counseling
From start to finish, all our employees are ready to advise you. With our enormous experience, we are properly equipped to give you the best advice, whether it concerns planning, the trade fair stand, the construction phase or something completely different.
Concept development and design
Our skilled salespeople and creative designers will work with you to find the right concept for you and your trade fair stand. Our designers will subsequently draw and design your trade fair stand down to the smallest detail - tailored to your wishes and needs.
Project Management
More than half of our employees consist of project managers who ensure that you get everything you need for your trade fair stand. You will therefore have a close dialogue before, during and after the fair.
Production
At our address, we handle all our production. Over many years, we have built up a close relationship with our suppliers, which ensures high equipment quality and on-time delivery.
Logistics
We take care of all logistics for you. Right from packing your trade fair stand to transport, set-up and take-down.
Follow up
Through several follow-ups, our team will continuously build a close relationship with you throughout the process, precisely to ensure continuous updates for an optimal service and full satisfaction.
Warehouse hotel
We have a warehouse hotel at our address to ensure the right conditions for your materials. We can store your materials after the fair, so you always know where you have your fair stand, so you can reuse the materials for the next fair.
Facilities
Our address in Viborg offers exciting facilities consisting of an office, showroom, design studio, graphic department, production and warehouse.
The office consists of open office areas, which help to ensure dynamism and optimal sparring between our employees. In the showroom, we want to show you our skills, and we have therefore built different environments for display.
The environments show different systems, lighting effects and gimmicks, which can help inspire you for your next trade fair stand.
Our production and warehouse consists of more than 8,800m2 - and here we look forward to producing and storing your future trade fair stand.
