At Expo Partner, we value our fitters, and we have always prioritized team building and well-being in the workplace. With the trade fair stand construction season approaching, we decided to arrange a theme day in the forest for our fitters. The day was filled with activities and campfire cooking, focusing on strengthening collaboration, and it was a real success. In this blog, we’ll share more about how the day unfolded and why it was so important for us to organize this event.
The day began in the morning, when our fitters met in the forest. They were welcomed by our team-building instructor, who had planned a series of activities for the day. The fitters were divided into teams and introduced to the day’s program.
After a series of successful team-building activities, it was time for lunch, and our fitters were not disappointed. We had arranged a campfire cooking experience where they prepared their own food and enjoyed it around the fire. The menu included food cooked directly over the flames, such as tomahawk steaks, chicken, potatoes, and other delicious sides. It was a fantastic opportunity for our fitters to relax, enjoy nature, and get to know each other better.
After lunch, the day continued with more fun and challenging activities, including ball games and team-building exercises. The fitters had to find the shortest route through the forest using a map. It was a fun challenge for everyone involved and helped strengthen teamwork among the fitters.
The day concluded with a wrap-up and evaluation session, where everyone shared their experiences. All in all, the theme day was a great success and a strong example of how teamwork can be strengthened through dedicated activities.
